To Educate and Advocate
BCCA Who We are
We are the Brant Condominium Corporation Association or BCCA for short. The BCCA is here on behalf of all Condominium Corporations in the City of Brantford and Brant County. We meet at 1 p.m. on the first Wednesday of most months. One of our goals is to educate the condo community and so in most meetings we have a guest speaker on a topic of interest to the condo community.

You are most welcome to attend our meetings, listen to the guest speaker and have your questions answered. You do not have to be a member to attend our meetings. Note: if you would like to attend as a guest, please email or call Erle so he is aware of how many people to expect and can arrange a suitable room for the meeting. Erle's contact information is on our Contact page. Please check our Events page for dates, locations, topics and guest speakers.

We also sponsor an Annual General Meeting (AGM) each August featuring guest speakers and topics unique to the condo industry.

We not only educate, we also advocate. The BCCA is your voice on condo issues in our community to our city and county councils and your liaison to the Canadian Condominium Institute (CCI). Chevy, one of our Board members, is also a Director on the CCI Board.

We are also actively involved in helping condos navigate through difficult situations. If you are a Condo Board in trouble or require some outside help, please feel free to contact us and we will direct you accordingly. Our services are free. Your membership in the BCCA helps us to ensure that these objectives will continue.

Please note: You must not rely on the information on this website as an alternative to qualified advice from your attorney or other professional services provider.
